Question 1

1. Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Your data belongs entirely to you. Traclue only accesses necessary page and visitor information to personalize the display of campaigns— we never store or use your data beyond this purpose.

Question 2

2. Why are my campaigns not displaying on my store?

Accepted Answer

Make sure you've clicked Publish after setting up your campaign. Only published campaigns will be visible at the top of your store.

Question 3

3. Can I schedule campaigns to show at specific times?

Accepted Answer

Definitely! You can customize when and where each campaign appears — including specific time ranges, pages, and audience segments — all in the Settings section.

Question 4

4. Will this app slow down my store?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Our app is ultra-lightweight and deeply integrated with Shopify's core architecture. It runs seamlessly within your store without affecting loading speed.

Question 5

5. What happens when my view limit is reached?

Accepted Answer

Once you reach your monthly view limit, your campaigns will stop displaying until the limit resets next month or you upgrade to a higher plan. We’ll send you an email in advance so you can plan your subscription accordingly.
